H.FoldersSynchronizer stands for 'Hidden FoldersSynchronizer' (shortly H.FS). It is an application entirely equal to FoldersSynchronizer but running in background as an hidden application (usually defined as login item on the 'System Preferences/Accounts/Login Items' list).
